Christopher S. Wong, MEd., RRP, CVRP(F), RCC Vocational Rehabilitation Consultant
Christopher has been working in the field of vocational rehabilitation since 2007, providing services for clients with a range of impairments including SCI, TBI, amputation, orthopaedic and soft tissue injuries, as well as depression, anxiety, and other comorbid psychological issues. In his role as a vocational rehabilitation consultant and evaluator, Christopher performs vocational rehabilitation and education assessments, case and disability management, labour market research, and vocational counselling.
Christopher possesses a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and a Master’s of Education in Vocational Rehabilitation Counselling from the University of British Columbia. He is a Registered Rehabilitation Professional (RRP) with the Vocational Rehabilitation Association of Canada, a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) with the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors, and is certified as a fellow (CVRP-F) with the College of Vocational Rehabilitation Professionals.
Christopher completed his clinical training at the G.F. Strong Rehabilitation Centre and the New Westminster UBC Counselling Centre with a practicum at Carlin Vocational Services. He has been accepted as an expert witness in vocational rehabilitation consulting in the Supreme Court of British Columbia.
